We know that ground transportation is not as exciting as planning for that special party, or outing. However, it is a crucial component of all event planning.  We have seen events get ruined with poor ground transportation management, and others get affected because the attention of the meeting planner has been focused outside the building instead of inside where it should be. Additionally, the first and last exposure your attendee has to your event involves ground transportation.  First impressions can establish the “mood” of your event, and last impressions can enhance or erase all the good memories.  As we have said many times, it only becomes an event when your attendees get there.  Make sure getting there is not something they remember more than being there.

Convention Shuttle

Your attendees are all in town. CCI makes sure they get back and forth between the convention hotel and the convention center by procuring the proper equipment, managing the proper staff, and operating the proper plan.

Off-Site Tours & Outings

Spouse Tours, attendee tours, or packaged tours; CCI can do them all. They can either be pre-arranged tours, or we can develop what you want.  Moving large numbers to or from several locations in a timely manner is what CCI specializes in!

Imagine moving 12,000 people from 12 hotels to a theme park, getting them all there within the first hour the park is open for them. CCI has done it.

Imagine moving 10,000 people from 5 hotels to the MGM Grand Garden Arena, dropping on all sides of the arena and at the Conference Center, and clearing all hotel curbs in 35 minutes. CCI has done it.

Imagine providing ground transportation for the National Sales Meeting for 950 persons from the 5 terminals at DFW to two hotels, not missing one person on the manifest. Then moving teams back and forth between the two properties for the week, ending up by delivering everyone back to the airport in time for their flights home. CCI has done it.
