Holding & Handling

Are your V.I.P.s flying in for the afternoon, then heading off to another event after?  Are you having an afternoon closing session, and attendees will be heading straight to the airport at the conclusion of the event?  If so, your attendees may need a place to store their luggage for a couple hours.  We can keep the luggage in a guarded and easily accessible location where attendees can retrieve luggage by handing in a claim ticket.  If you choose to use Convention Components for your transportation, add luggage handling and holding for a small fee.

8?8? On-site Childcare ?8?8

Many people have to travel often for business, but they have a real concern that they are leaving their children at home, again.  By setting up a way for them to bring their children, they come to your show, they are more relaxed, and aren't in such a hurry to get back home.  They will get more out of the convention.

Our Child Care programs are developed and produced by one of the TOP Convention Child Care Companies in the USA. They have been producing these events for more than 15 years. They are capable to provide On-site Child Care, or Off-Site Tours and Programs.

On-Site Child Care  - Parents of children from 6 months to 11 years old can leave their children in a secure, well attended area while they go to the general session and exhibit halls.  Their kids will be cared for, entertained and intellectually stimulated by a solid staff of adults.  And cameo appearances from local attraction characters can have the kids talking about their visit for years.

Off-Site Tours & Programs - Parents can know that their children are in good hands as the kids from age 8 to 17 go with counselors to local attractions like Universal Studios, Science Museum, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Wet 'n Wild, Cape Kennedy.  And if you really want to wow the kids, how about group golf lessons from one of the top players on the tour, or shooting some hoops with an NBA star.  It's only our imaginations that hold us back (okay, and money too).
